What Twilight Storage Units does and how it works in game.
Overview
Twilight Storage Units adds storage facilities where players rent or buy a unit, open it at the door, and share access with others using roles. Players either talk to a manager NPC or walk straight up to a unit's door, depending on your config.
Facilities, units and stash sizes are all set in config, and the database table is created for you on first start.
Key Features
Rent or Buy
- Switch the whole server between rent and buy mode
- Pay by cash or bank through Renewed-Banking
- Bank payments are logged to a receiving account
Shared Access
- Add other players by State ID
- Member, manager and owner roles
- Transfer a unit to another player
Rent Cycle
- Rent due on a set interval with a grace period
- Overdue units are repossessed automatically
- Stash contents are archived, not deleted
NPC or Door
- Talk to a manager NPC to browse every unit at a facility
- Or walk up to any unit's door to rent, buy and manage just that unit
- Switch between the two with one config option
Stashes
- Each unit is an ox_inventory stash
- Slots and weight set per unit
